So I start my exam and am feeling confident, working it right along. The facility looks like its from the 90s with PCs to match. The lady who helped me was pretty nice, but the other staff were angry, impatient and MEAN. She even touched it herself, looked at it. Then, my second time in there, I went through the process of turning off my phone and having the lady verify it being turned off. Worst part is, I am gunning for a very specific, niche role and time is very much of the essence.įirst, they cancelled my first test because of "icy roads." I have read other people having similar problems and it seriously need to be addressed. Seriously why is AWS partnering with them? I was lucky that I used a voucher from my company to book the exam and not using money out of my pocket. I doubt they had any documentation or record regarding my issue I had at the test center. Everytime they respond that the case had been escalated and I will hear back when I hear back. I followed up with them multiple times and they still had nothing for me after 5 business days. I sent PSI an email and they told me they escalated the problem. The guy in the test center told me I had to wait for them to contact me back. The call center agent can't do anything about it. He called some number and it got routed to an offshore call center. The person tried to sign me in on the computer but it kept failing. I showed up at the test "center" and it was a tiny residential office with 2 tiny rooms with computers. I signed up for my SA exam and was ready to take the test.
